Excellent! One of the best car repair experiences I've ever had. Top-notch customer service, rapid turnaround and high quality work. 1) A polite, attentive, qualified and helpful human answered the phone every time with little to no holding 2) Quick and flexible appointment options to drop off for estimate work up. 3) Immediate attention to each step, work done immediately and I was picking up my car 2.5 days after drop-off 4) The work is beautiful and my whole car was clean 5) Every single person I encountered was wonderful....attentive, friendly and helpful and you just don't see that anymore. I was involved in a minor car accident last week where a truck hit my rear driver wheel arch. I was able to drop it off on Monday and they had it ready by Thursday! They did an excellent job with the damage repair, repaint and blending of the affected area. They also checked for any mechanical damage since it was exactly where the wheel is. A minor mistake was made in the polishing process where some scratches were introduced and they fixed it the same day. Great communication all throughout and a detailed breakdown on the estimate regarding parts, inspection, and labor hours. Very happy with the results and speed of the whole process.

These guys were awesome from beginning to end! Brad was so good, Ray and Lizzie they have a great team. I felt safe leaving my car… the my car looks brand spanking new!!!! I had big bullet holes in my car and they did that!!!

I brought my car in after it had been hit while parked. The damage was on the front-end driver side wheel well, panel, and bumper. The employees at Rocco's Collision were friendly, prompt, and kept me aware of updates on the repairs. I received my car within the expected time window. They gave me a run down of everything that was done and why. The damaged areas looked brand new and like there had been no damage at all. Overall, great service. Regarding the price, the estimates and final fee were as expected. I had to pay the deductible on my insurance. If I had to pay out of pocket, then the value was good for the time and quality of service.
